Dr. Carl A Nelson is an Annapolis graduate, former navy captain of the line, turned professor of international business, turned writer, author of the Vietnam War novel The Advisor (Cô-vân), the novel Secret Players, and seven works of non-fiction. He is also a poet of some repute, quite maybe of ill repute.
